Fitness Boot Camp

The boot camp accommodation comprises of a mix of double and twin rooms and there is also one triple room. Many guests travel alone so if you wish to share please book a place in a twin room and we’ll aim to pair you up with someone in the same situation. Private rooms are available at an additional cost. All bedrooms are en-suite.
WiFi is available in the living areas of the property and mobile phone reception is generally good for most networks.
Prices are per person and include all accommodation, food and drink, training, equipment, activities and workshops. A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the remainder payable six weeks before the course commences.
Arrival & Departure
The boot camp runs from Friday to Friday and we ask you to arrive between between 4.30 and 5.30pm. There will be a a weigh-in and measurements (for those that want to) and some simple fitness tests in the early evening followed by a welcome talk and dinner. Departure is by 10am the following Friday after weigh-ins and measurements, an early morning training session and breakfast.
The boot camp venue is situated close to the village of Porlock Vale and takes between 3.5 and 4 hours to drive from London. If using a Sat Nav the post code is TA24 8NY and full written directions will be sent upon booking. There is ample parking available. Direct trains run from most major cities, including London Paddington to Taunton where we’ll arrange for pick-ups and drop-offs when arriving and departing on recommended trains. We can book you a taxi if you need to arrive to depart outside of these times – please contact us for more details.
What to bring
You will be sent a full suggested boot camp kit list upon booking but you will not require any specialist equipment apart from a good pair of trainers, suitable clothes to exercise in and comfortable clothes to relax in for the evenings. There are laundry facilities available on site if required.
